Job Summary: The Head,
Maintenance will be responsible for the maintenance and procurement function of
the venous properties in the Knight Frank property portfolio. Working closely
with the Property Manager and Maintenance Officer, he/she will be responsible
for maintaining an up to date database of service providers, price lists for
various hardware items, equipment and any other items required in the
maintenance of the buildings.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should possess a Degree in
Civil Engineering or any related discipline - He / She should possess at least three
years of experience in Construction Management or Maintenance works - Excellent diction and articulation
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook - Team work, Service delivery, Results
driven, Good work ethic and integrity
