in Uganda since 1998. TILLC seeks candidates for office operations support and
for a number of management, technical and consultant positions for anticipated
programs in Uganda.
- The candidate should possess a master’s
degree in project management, financial and organization management or in
a related discipline such as social science; - Analytical skills to identify and assess
credibility of organizations eligible of grants; - Knowledge of financial rules and
regulations, including use of fiscal controls and fund accounting
procedures that ensure that the funds are used for their intended purpose
and are accounted for properly; - Skills in implementing financial and
organizational sustainability of recipients - Ability to train partners on grant
management and required reporting highly preferred. - Resident of Gulu is highly preferred
