Responsibilities:
- Formulating policies,
managing daily operations, planning the use of materials and human
resources. - Overseeing purchasing and
administrative services. - Identify, develop and
direct the implementation of business strategy. - Plan and direct the organization’s

and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence. - Recruit, select and
develop executive team members - Direct functions and
performance via the executive team. - Maintain and develop
organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all
staff customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies - Report to the Board of Directors
on organizational plans and performance. - Execute the
responsibilities of a company director according lawful and ethical
standards.
- The applicant should
possess an MBA with a first degree in law or accounting and/or any other business
related course. - At least six years work
experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry in a similar or
managerial role. - High degree of integrity,
self driven, well exposed, a leader with good people skills - An individual capable of
advising and guiding the Board or all matters of business - The suitable candidate should
be able to steer, guide and manage a large workforce and make them achieve
results. - Highly result-oriented and
capable of taking the company to a level of an ISO (International
Standards of Organizations). - The individual must be
able to put in place risk management systems to detect and eliminate
fraud. - Ability to analyse
company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and
compliance with budgets. - Ability to plan, organize
and direct operations of the company on a daily basis. - Strong entrepreneurial focus
and bottom -line orientation. - Strong verbal and written
communication aids. - Strong organisational and
multi-tasking skills. - Strong interpersonal,
management and customer service skills. - Ability to work under
pressure and meet deadlines as required. - Attention to detail and
commitment to accurate results.
