accounts; - Prepare monthly Sub office account
reconciliation reports for submission to head office in a timely manner, - Keep copies of Sub office account

proper documents and maintain all payment within the approved limit - Account for advances received within the
same month; - Check and verify accuracy of accounts
submitted by implementing partners that are supported by the Sub Office; - Review all partners’ accountability
reports and submit them to head Office in a timely manner. - Maintain filed records for future
references; - Maintain a file of bank confirmation
letters and related correspondences; - Act as bank agent for the sub office:
- Perform any other official duty as may be
assigned by the supervisor.
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting obtained from a recognized institution; - At least three (3) years of professional
expenence in Finance gained horn a reputable organization. - Membership to a professional accounting
body; - General working knowledge and understanding
of finance systems, policies, rules, regulations and procedures; - Good knowledge and skills in using MS
Office applications; - Excellent command of both spoken and
written English is a must.
