Reports to: Logistics/ Security Assistant
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning and removal of waste of all
rooms, furniture, equipment and floors, within your designated area - The cleaning of the kitchen will include
cleaning dishes, fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave and floor - Maintain all toilets with the highest
possible hygiene and replenish sanitary materials as deemed necessary - Carry out a weekly stock check to ensure
adequate stocks of cleaning materials, hygiene supplies and kitchen items - Ensure that meeting areas and boardroom
are prepared in advance of all meetings/ trainings / workshops (including
the provision of tea / coffee and light refreshments) and cleared
afterwards - Deliver and pick up mail and other
documents from various offices on the premises at regular intervals, as
requested. - Perform any other related duties as
required
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The candidate should have finished secondary
school and possess a diploma from an accredited academic institution, with
one year’s experience in a similar position. - At least one year’s relevant experience in
the field. - Readiness to work with a team of
multicultural backgrounds. - Fluency in English
