Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair and/or
replacement of defective components of truck. - Perform preventive maintenance based on predetermined
service schedules - Perform fault finding and diagnostic test of
engines, transmission and drive trains - Build and repair diesel engines.
- Attending to vehicle breakdowns
- Maintain shop tools and equipment in good, safe
and clean working order, and report deficiencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess a degree in
Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Must be currently employed as HD Truck Mechanic
with minimum of five years’ work experience in trucks - Prior work experience on MAN, Nissan and Mercedes
Benz trucks - Excellent problem solving, diagnostic and fault
finding skills - Possess a valid local heavy duty driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of human resource management and
supervision will be an added advantage.
