Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving, recording and storing supplies
- Receiving requisitions and orders and
issuing stores - Taking stocks and re-order levels.
- Examining and verifying the stores
invoices - Taking the records of all stores received
and issued out - Maintaining facilities for preservation,
packing and storage - Perform any other duty as and when
directed by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- All suitably qualified Ugandans with
integrity holding a diploma in Stores Management from a recognized
University/ Institution with at least three years working
experience in Stores Management in Government Ministries, Departments,
Agencies or Local Government. - Additional skills in planning, organizing,
ICT, accountability and Communication are a must.
