Summary: Medical
Laboratory Technologist Reporting to the Outreach Services Manager, the Medical
Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for provision of effective, efficient
quality laboratory services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive
specimens for analysis and conduct tests as per client’s request; - Ensure
cost-effective utilization of reagents; - Ensure
all urgent and abnormal results are communicated to users; - Maintain
accurate records of test; - Participate
in the implementation of quality control programmes: - Conduct
routine and specialized analysis of tests as per approved procedures: - Prepare
timely and accurate test reports.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The
Job holders should possess a diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from
a recognized Institution. - At
least five (5) years relevant working experience and must be registered by
the Allied Health Professional’s Council with a valid practicing license.
