Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The prospective candidate should possess
a University graduate / post graduate in any discipline with Diploma /
Degree in Marketing. - Two years work experience of marketing
in the Banking industry. - Comprehensive knowledge of present
environment of the Banking industry in Uganda and capable of handling and
leading marketing department of the Bank. - Effective Leadership and Management
Skills. - High Level of Self Confidence and Team
work. - Be result Oriented, Dynamic and
Aggressive. - Skillful problem solver who makes things
happen. - Good communication Skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills
