Monitoring & Evaluation and Knowledge Management. We work with U.S.
agencies and overseas governments, international donors, private-sector
clients, and PVOs/NGOs in more than 80 countries around the world. Key clients
include USAID, the U.S. Department of State, the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Trade and
Development Agency. QED currently seeks Ugandan national candidates for its
ongoing USAID-funded Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning project. Positions
listed below will be long-term (five years) and based in Kampala. An
undergraduate degree, excellent written and spoken English, and experience with
USAID or other donor-funded development projects required.
Skills and Experience:
- The
Knowledge Management/Organizational Learning Specialist should hold a BA
in relevant field, - Five
or more years experience in knowledge management (KM) and organizational
learning (OL); including managing knowledge-sharing and learning events. - Experience
developing learning networks, facilitating donor, government and
stakeholder coordination, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
desirable.
