Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and set up an information System
and Telecommunications network strategy which supports the overall
Exploration and Production activities. - Analyze situations and provide
technological solutions within the framework of expertise. Structure and
formalize the methods, procedures and work principles in the IT
department.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate should hold a Bachelors’
degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications. - At least ten years experience in chosen
discipline with at least 5 years in a managerial role within upstream oil
and gas. - Comprehensive knowledge of architectural
design and implementation of information systems for oil and gas
operational sites. - Proven experience in supervising data
networks and telecommunications within the remote regions. - Previous experience in project management
for oil industry. - Excellent oral and written communication
skills.
