opportunity for an HR professional to eventually take total control of the HR
function within Kakira Sugar Ltd, a flagship of the Madhvani Group of
Companies, when incumbent HR Manager retires in due course.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
job holder will report to incumbent HR Manager and will be an essential
part of the senior management group. - He
/ she will lead a team of HR personnel in providing the spectrum of HR
services to the company, focusing particularly on the development of human
potential and the maintenance of good industrial relations. - Candidates
should possess relevant qualifications and have broad-based experience
with a strong bias towards IR, be seeking increased responsibilities
having already gained not less than five years general HR experience in a
unionized manufacturing environment with a large workforce. - He
/ she should be able to demonstrate an innovative but purposeful and
business-oriented approach to HR issues. - Computer
literacy skills will be an added advantage.
NB: An attractive
remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. Canvassing
