quality secondary education’. We run the fastest growing network of sustainably
financed secondary schools in Africa. We currently have a network of 22 schools
across Uganda and Zambia, educating around 8,000 students. PEAS has recently
secured a grant from DFID as part of the Girls Education Challenge Fund, the
purpose of which is to drive learning and results for marginalised girls. PEAS
is supported by major corporate, government and private funders and our innovative
financial model is pioneering in the field of public private partnerships in
development education.

Job
Summary: The job holder will ensure delivering
all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be
achieved through the development of internal and external recruiting plans,
employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing
new, creative recruiting ideas. The position holder plays a critical role in
ensuring PEAS is hiring the best possible talent, provides advice and support
to supervisors, staff selection committees and ensures that they have accurate
and timely information in order to make effective decisions

- The
applicant should hold a degree or equivalent alternative levels of
experience and training. - Completion
of human resource development courses at post secondary institution and at
least 2 years of experience supervising recruitment and staff selection.
