Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of company
policies in the Human Resources Department for national employees. - Plan and coordinate all matters related to
staff administration. - Coordinate the implementation of
management decisions relating to organizing, appraising, developing and
controlling HR administrative matters in the company. - Validate the employees’ salaries and
related provisions, deductions and reconciliations in the company’s
payroll system.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The job holder should possess a University
degree in Human Resources or Law or equivalent. - The prospective candidate should have at
least ten years experience in human resources administration and
development. - Solid knowledge of local lab our laws.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and
analytical skills.
