Job Summary: The Field Monitor will provide end user monitoring, supervision
and accurate documentation on all commodity
distributions handled by World Vision Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
Community
mobilization and coordination of food distribution within the camps in liaison
with the camp leadership.
·        
Provide
proper accountability of commodities at the food distribution points.
·        
Guide
the volunteers in food distribution and data collection.
·        
Prepare
and submit daily food distribution reports as well as monthly reports
·        
Supervise
the volunteers and ensure efficient food distribution
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant should hold a Bachelors
    degree in the development discipline.
  • At least one year’s previous experience in Food distribution.
  • Ability to perform field assignments
  • Willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain,
    harsh and demanding conditions.
  • Be willing to live and work in very difficult and security-risk
    areas.
  • Mature Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
