Job Summary: The Customer
Care Advisor will work for MTN Uganda in the MTN Uganda Call Centre as Call
Centre Agents. 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma
    as a minimum academic qualification. 
  • The ideal candidate should be able to
    speak English and Luganda as a default with a combination of Swahili, Luo,
    Ateso, 4Rs (Runyankore, Rukiga, Rutoroo, Runyoro). 
  • Fluency in French, Germany or any other
    foreign language is an added advantage but not a requirement.
  • Ideal candidate should be computer literate
    with an excellent typing speed.
PS: The candidate should not be a student
