will be responsible for office maintenance, facilities and IT issues, including
office security and protocols, supplies, furniture, liaising with the premises
landlord, and responding to public queries.
- The applicant should possess a Bachelor
degree (administration, project management, IT). A postgraduate
qualification in IT will be an added advantage - Three or more years of administrative
and IT experience preferably in the NGO sector or a busy environment - Experience of setting up office
equipment, including IT communications - Experience of training and developing
staff in administrative systems.
