Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist client in well test jobs
- Plans,and organize equipment and personnel
for the job: - Preparation, qualification and logistics,
of equipment according to standard procedure and RITE program. - Select crews to match required competency
- Manages and administers well site operations
to insure Service Quality - Supervising field operator crew
- Calls and leads safety meetings
- Comply with applicable company policies,
including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment
standards and procedures - Complete required safety training
(including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency
response, fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting,
IT security, hazardous materials, driving).
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The job holder should possess a Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline.
At least five years experience in the oil field sector - Experience in supervising DST /TCP is a
MUST
Personal Competencies:
Problem Solving skills, Project Management skills, Customer oriented, Understanding
of and practice of the principles of Quality Management
