- Maintaining
the houses involving masonry, plumbing, carpentry, sanitation, and
construction of residential buildings. - Monitoring
a workforce of employees and ensuring compliance with set standards. - Preparing
annual capital and operating budgets programmes for major work items. - Maintenance
of schools, canteen, guest house and Directors Residences and other
amenities buildings. - Performing
any other related duties that may be assigned to you by Civil
Engineer/Management from time to time.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or a
Higher Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering. - At
least five to eight years working experience in a related field.
