Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, selection and placement of
staff into the appropriate organization structure. - Training and Development of staff in line
with career aspirations. - Management of Staff Compensation, benefits
and reward through regular salary surveys, etc - Maintenance of sound industrial relations
through efficient resolution of staff grievances, maintenance of effective
internal communications etc - Performance Management and Career
Development. - Staff Welfare including Medical Schemes,
Sports Teams, interments etc - General Administration of staff
information, Terms of Service, Staff Policies, Staff Surveys, Redundancy
Schemes etc - Leadership Culture Change initiatives.
- Management of the Provident Fund
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The job holder should possess a Masters
degree in Human Resource or a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
Management - At least two to three years of related HR experience
