will be responsible for the overall implementation of the Company’s regional sales &marketing
strategy and co-ordinate the business activities in the region so as to ensure
effective customer satisfaction & revenue growth in all the regions and the operational management of the sales & marketing teams within the framework
of an agreed medium-term business strategy, meeting operational targets for
profitability and customer satisfaction by deploying an integrated channel
strategy and selecting appropriate channels to minimize the costs of each sales
transaction.
- Coordinate all administrative functions in
the respective area while adhering to the Company policies and procedures - Help identify and analyze new business
opportunities in the region - Monitor market and technological trends
and advise on opportunities - Develop the regional business plan and
implement business strategies across the assigned region - Identify and implement as appropriate new
services in response to changes in the company strategy - Coordinate the Sales & Marketing teams
so as to ensure that set business objectives and targets are achieved - Coach and mentor staff in order to achieve
desired results - Ensure proper accountability and
reconciliation for cash advances & imprest - Manage all the resources i.e. company
assets & inventory in the respective area - Ensure that the region meets its monthly
financial performance through the collection of monies owing to the
company - Liaise with both the Managed Sales and
Marketing Teams in the management of specific business opportunities - Liaise with Head Office in case of
litigation, acquisition or any other issues that may arise.

Experience:
- At least five (5) years leadership of a
solutions Sales team preferably in a security Company - Marketing degree or its equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of Consultative
sales. - Must own a car
