Manager TVs will ensure growth and maintenance of advertising revenues,
clientele base and market share for all television stations

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage
and motivate sales team in order to achieve set targets. - Conduct
periodic training, coaching and mentoring for the sales team and
communicate updates, new products, research results
Develop a strategy to meet Television client needs. - Ensure
that the teams meet their set targets. - Manage
proper documentation, placements and approval of business - Manage
control of client credit and discounts. - Ensure
that the sales team has the right sales tools - Managing
feedback, market intelligence and customer care. - Submits
periodic reports as required
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a Business degree from a recognized university - A
minimum of at least three years experience of Sales management in Media
(preferably electronic) or FMCG environment. - Excellent
analytical, planning and implementation skills - Highly
self-driven dynamic personality - Good
at PowerPoint, excel and can quickly adapt to available sales management
software. - A
Professional qualification in sales and marketing an added advantage - Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills - Effective
Negotiating & strong closing capabilities - Demonstrable
project management abilities - Excellent
presentation skills - Ability
to handle high pressure deadlines - Prior
experience in Team Management
