profit and loss management of the UTL Shops - Achieving
sales targets - Delivering
good customer experience in the UTL shops - People
and performance management - Maintaining
the UTL Brand Look and Feel of the shops - Ensuring
adherence to Policies and procedures - Monitoring
and managing shop stock levels
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:

- 2-3
years experience managing shops (Service Centers). - Background
in managing the Customer Experience - Good
leadership skills - Good
Interpersonal skills - Strong
