Job
Summary: The Senior Engineer I – Services Quality
Assurance will have the responsibility of monitoring the delivery of services
provided by the Network Department and documenting processes or refining
existing processes to ensure they meet accepted/set standards in line with best
practices and carry out benchmarking drive tests.

Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gradually
report on and suggest ways to improve customer complaints handling by the
Network Group support teams - To
liaise with Customer facing department to ensure that customer
expectations are met regarding services provided and maintained by Network
Group - To
develop and review policies, processes and procedures for the tasks
carried out by the Network Group to improve efficiency and handling of
task by the Network Group - To
carry out benchmark drive tests for both 2G and 3G networks - To
inspect new BTS sites to ensure they meet prescribed quality standards
before they are integrated to the Network - To
assist in the coordination of Network audits and closing off of audit
points under the Network Group
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- The
Engineer should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical /Telecommunications engineering. - At
least 1 years’ experience in Network operations/planning and process
development and service delivery processes - At
least 6 months experience drive testing - Advanced
Telecommunications and network overview training will be an added
advantage - Other
attributes - Proficiency
in Microsoft Software (MS Excel, MS Project, MS Work, MS Power Point,
SharePoint etc.) - Good
communication, interpersonal and report writing skills - Team
work and relationship building skills - Good
analytical skills as well as high levels of attention to detail - Highly
organized and structured individual - Ability
to work with minimum supervision
