- Conducts reservoir simulations studies designed to define optimum full field reservoir development plans (primary, secondary, and tertiary depletion scenarios). Coordinate for the reservoir study of oil/gas field, including fluid analysis, well testing, production forecast.
- Responsible for reservoir data acquisition of evaluation of appraisal and development wells. Develop reservoir long term business plan, annual plan, submitting quarterly report, yearly report.
- Participate in FDP and the reservoir technical policies, providing requirements and suggestion, and track the implementation.
- Participation in Peer Review, Geosciences Workshops and partner presentations. Make and report the production plan and budget.
- Give recommendation with significant impact on production and conduct stimulation plans.
- Assist line manager to interact with Engineering. Geophysics, Drilling and New Venture to achieve department/company objectives.
- Provide input data to drilling and testing programs.
- Dynamically track the operation and make dynamic operational forecast, provide the methods of production optimization, submitting the research result and the recommendation report to line manager.
- Provide input data to reservoir related work programs, budgets and AFEs (as appropriate) contributing to cost and schedule monitoring.

Coach, develop and motivate reservoir trainee.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum engineering or the related.
- Graduates or experienced in Oil & Gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge of reservoir and reserve estimation.
- Extensive knowledge of petroleum contract and economic evaluation.
- Knowledge of subsurface reservoir dynamic during production.
- Understanding of cost control and laws.
