MBS:
(MBS) is Classified and registered by the National Council for Higher Education
(No. TI.C & R.0002) as a College of Business. MBS is a leading trainer of
applied skills in ICT, Finance, Management and Accountancy programmes and has a
wealth of experience. Multitech is also a key partner with the private sector
to help stakeholders build their capacity in Business and Financial Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify
viable business interests and develop project proposals that are responsive
to specific project targets - Provide
support in management and coordination of project assignments - Identify
and conduct capacity needs assessments for multi-sectorial organizations
and submit a report to your supervisor for further action. - Develop
and deliver capacity development programmes for the different clients in
line with the capacity development plan. - Participate
in the development of annual capacity development plan in line with the
needs assessment reports for the different clients in line with the
departmental objectives. - Follow-up
proposals and secure business - Conduct
market research and identify consultancy and Capacity Development opportunities
in the region; - Assist
to build the capacity of internal staff to participate in consultancy
engagements - Represent
the school at high level forums to discuss opportunities for Business
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration
and management - A
training in project design and management is an added advantage - At
least 2 years’ experience in proposal writing, training, capacity needs
assessments and baseline surveys in a reputable organization.
