- Assists the Sub Program Manager in planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, supervising, monitoring and evaluation of all the project activities within the assigned
sector(s); - Develops strategies to integrate the assigned sector activities into the project, in accordance with the established LWF/DWS program policies, guidelines and procedures;
- A University degree in development studies, human rights or related discipline is essential.
- A minimum of two or more years of programme/project management, including networking, fund raising, resource mobilization and utilisation, in a reputable firm, public body or NGO.
- Post-graduate qualification in human rights or project planning & management is desirable
- Computer literacy and proficiency in project planning & management software application
- Certificate in supervisory skills, people management and/or leadership skills is desirable.
