Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquire and register M-sente Retail Agents in the designated region to meet monthly Agent recruitment targets.
- Acquire and register M-sente subscribers in the designated region to meet monthly Subscriber Targets.
- Liaise with the M-sente Retail Sales Manager to deliver the B2B Agenda in the designated Region.
- Recruit, train and supervise M-sente registration warriors to drive subscriber growth.
- Manage the M-sente product portfolio within the designated region through quality trade audits to verify Agent Liquidity, trade visibility, resolution of Agent queries and other follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities in the region.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and promotions.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special M-sente promotions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethical conduct.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience at an operational level in a related environment.
- Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
