Job Title: Management Information Systems Coordinator
Organisation: Total E & P Uganda
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training in the use of the Salsa software for company employees and disseminate SAP related information and update all related documents.
- Provide support for end-users of the SAP software and manage access permission based on levels of authority.
- Ensure successful integration of SAP with other Company software and consolidate all Management Information System costs.
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Information Technology.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP software particularly related to finance.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
