(KCH) is a development organization established in 1970 and is committed to
rehabilitate children with disabilities between 0-18 years. KCH focuses on both
medical and social rehabilitation as well as provision of appliances/assistive
devices to clients. KCH also promotes children’s’ rights to quality education
and offers livelihood programmes to enable CWDs and their families live
independent lives.

Key
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supervises
the financial and accounting activities in consultation with the Executive
Director. - Maintains
and enforces compliance with internal control systems. - Prepares
budgets and monthly management and financial reports for KCH to guide
heads of departments. - Ensures
that relevant documents for impending audits are readily available. - Perform
any other official duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Executive
Director or his/ her designate.
Skills & Experience:
- The
job holder should posses a bachelor’s degree in accounting, An accounting
professional qualification e.g ACCA,CIMA,CPA will be an added advantage - Ability
to work with spreadsheets at ease. - Navision
software knowledge will be an added advantage. - At
least three years experience in an accounting environment/job. - Ability
to learn first the systems of the organization. - Ability
to generate accurate and timely report very vital.
