Summary: The Completion
Operation Manager will be
responsible for completion, work over operation and ESP running and pulling
operation and technology management of the CNOOC Company.

Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize
to review the completion, work over ESP running / pulling operation
program and to execute the program according to the plans drawn - Ensure
the health, safety and environmental (HSE) protection, quality, schedule
and cost control in operations. - Provide
technical guidance in the tendering plan and strategy of the service and
material procurement and on the technical bidding evaluation in the
process of operation preparation. - Give
professional completion operation advice for the safety emergency during
production. - Provide
performance evaluation of contractor at the end of each operation. - Other
Duties as assigned by the superiors.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s
degree of above in Petroleum Engineering, drilling and completion or a related
field. - 10
years working experience. - Knowledge
of completion operation technology and process. - Knowledge
of Oil Laws E & P and environmental protection. - Knowledge
of Cost control, economic contract and laws. - Good
understanding of petroleum contract, reservoir, geology and oil
production.
