Job Summary: The Brand Sales Manager will formulate and execute a Marketing Policy and, generally be responsible for the commercialization process of the both the Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV) and the Case New Holland (CNN) tractors – including positioning, packaging, pricing, and presentation/selling to customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing plan for HCV and CNH in order to maximize sales through satisfaction and retention of customers.
- Predict volumes, get budgets approved and proactively identify and recommend business-building initiatives that lead to the success of the HCV and CNH.
- Day-day management for HCV and CNN – and monitoring all contracts and leads to ensure maximum sales.
- Ensure optimum stock of HCV and CNN at all times as recommended by manufacturers
- Develop a sales plan, initiate and conduct launches and promotions to ensure Brand visibility and profitability.
- Plan and monitor sales targets for the Brand Sales staff in the section and ensure that they get the relevant training to maximize sales of HCV & CNH.
- Manage and track marketing budgets for the HCV & CNN.
- Maintain direct liaison with manufacturer’s representatives and all other relevant contacts.
- The Sales manager should possess an Honour’s Degree in Marketing or any other Business related field
- At minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
- Sales management and marketing skills, knowledge and experience in the Motor Industry
- Ability to manage and administer a Brand, to provide organization, systems and leadership.
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and of trade practices.
- Able to motivate a sales team objectives.
- Technical qualifications shall advantage.
- Must possess a valid Driving license
