In its quest to remain competitive and provide excellent sales and after sales services to customers, the company has embarked on a number of initiatives aimed at repositioning itself as a lead player in the automotive industry.
Job Summary: The Brand Executives will implement and execute Marketing Plans and activities for the assigned Brand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and take the leadership role for the Brand assigned
- Responsible for brand building, promotion materials and activities to achieve set be an added
- Preparation of brand plan-marketing, promotional strategy and implementation plan Monitoring marketing trends and planning sales accordingly
- Brand sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation
- Planning and managing the assigned Brand’s inventory, budgeting and cost control
- Ensuring brand profitability.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related business field
- At least two years in a busy commercial environment.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements — both their stated and unconscious needs
- Commitment to hitting monthly targets
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus to close a sale
- Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
- Effective time management, planning and organising your own daily selling activity, such as telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to secure new business
- Strong customer care skills
- Good eye for detail with a talent for arranging visual displays within the showroom environment to appeal to prospective buyers
- A confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
- Must have a valid driving license
