Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee
the efforts of multiple client engagements in a wide variety of public
sector institutions - Maintain active communication with clients to manage
expectations and ensure satisfaction - Consult, work with, and service
client base to make recommendations on business and process improvement
and serve as a business advisor to client team with other partners and
senior managers an proposals and business development calls. - Understand
and manage firm risk on audits arid proposals. - Manage,
develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement
and year-end reviews - Actively
participate in recruiting talent to the firm. - Attend
professional development, networking events and training seminars on a
regular basis. - Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and
strict client confidentiality. - Proven
track record in terms of driving the strategy of a business and giving
regional strategy with the global strategy ensuring operational
effectiveness of a team delivering and executing audit assignments in
public sector strong network and ability to build and maintain
relationships - Ability
to add value strategically and set and achieve business objectives
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- Candidate
must possess a professional qualification of CPA/ACCA - CISA
would be an added advantage for selection - The
candidate should be operating as a partner and have significant exposure
to public sector with established relationships
