was awarded the USAID-funded PL 480 Title II Development Food Assistance Program
called ‘Resiliency through Wealth, Agriculture, and Nutrition in Karamoja
(RWANU)”, being implemented in Karamoja, Uganda.
Job
Summary: The Assistant
Honey Support Officer will support the development of honey sector activities
in the project. He/she will support the Honey Support Officer to train farmer
groups to improve on production and marketing of honey in project areas.
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
  • A
    degree/diploma in agricultural sciences or in a related discipline. 
  • At least three (3) years work related experience, preferably in the Karamoja region
  • Knowledge of NgaKarimojong language is a requirement.
