Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Grow
sales for the magazines section in order to generate revenue and achieve
the set targets - Supervise
the sales team in order for them to achieve sales targets, by following
the right sales process, ensure all art works are submitted in a timely
manner. - Write
weekly and monthly sales and collection reports in order to capture the
revenue realized and communicate what we expect to achieve - Make
sure that the sales process is done right in order to avoid fraud and
maintain company standards. - Ensure
that collection of adverts booked are made in time in order to receive our
revenue and reduce the debt - Make
sure the layout of the advertising corresponds to the set standards and
requirements in order to achieve the target for advertising. - Lay
the lineup for adverts to ensure that no booked advert is missed out. - Liaise
with the Magazines SBU to brain storm on revenue generating ideas e.g.
themes in order to preview or generate what will sell the magazines
Skills & Experience:
- Experience
in community / regional sales of three years - The
job holder will need to possess a Business degree from a recognized
university - Excellent
analytical, planning and implementation skills - Highly
self-driven dynamic personality - Good
at PowerPoint, excel and can quickly adapt to available sales management
software - Professional
qualification in sales and marketing an added advantage
