About EOC:
The Equal Opportunities Commission, established in 2007 by the Equal Opportunities Act is mandated to provide a framework for redressing imbalances which exist against the marginalized groups while promoting equality and fairness.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Planning.
- Manage critical information related to recruitment, job analyses and personnel statistics.
- Pay roll management and assessment of benefits.
- Initiating letters from the HR function.
- Managing information related to Human Resource Management.
- Compiling and submission of periodic performance reports to Human Resource Management.
- Responsible for staff development and training.
- Counseling and tendering appropriate advice and guidance to staff.
- Any other duties.
- Applications should have an honors Bachelors Degree in HRM, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social Work and Social administration , Business studies /Public Administration /Commerce from a recognized University/institution. A post graduate diploma in HRM will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of two years working experience at the level of Personnel Officer, in Government or equivalent experience from reputable organization.
Personal Competencies: Records and Information Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills & Managing Employee performance.
