The Equal Opportunities Commission, established in 2007 by the Equal Opportunities Act is mandated to provide a framework for redressing imbalances which exist against the marginalized groups while promoting equality and fairness.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Human Resources Planning.
Manage critical information related to recruitment, job analyses and personnel statistics.
Pay roll management and assessment of benefits.
Initiating letters from the HR function.
Managing information related to Human Resource Management.
Compiling and submission of periodic performance reports to Human Resource Management.
Responsible for staff development and training.
Counseling and tendering appropriate advice and guidance to staff.
Any other duties.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Applications should have an honors Bachelors Degree in HRM, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social Work and Social administration , Business studies /Public Administration /Commerce from a recognized University/institution. A post graduate diploma in HRM will be an added advantage.
A minimum of two years working experience at the level of Personnel Officer, in Government or equivalent experience from reputable organization.

Personal Competencies: Records and Information Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills & Managing Employee performance.
