Duties & Responsibilities:
- The
job holder is responsible for ensuring the security of the company’s
industrial facilities, staff and property by carrying out regular security
threat assessments and incident reporting. - He/
She shall advise the Base Superintendant and Base Manager on security
matters, co-ordinate, develop and evaluate security programs on site. - He/
She Ensure implementation of security plans and standard operating
procedures and directly supervise the security service providers on site.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- A
Bachelors degree in any field - Minimum
5 years experience in Security in an industrial setting - Previous
military or law enforcement experience will be an added advantage - Excellent
Communication skills
