About EOC:
The Equal Opportunities Commission, established in 2007 is by the Equal Opportunities Act is mandated to provide a framework for redressing imbalances which exist against the marginalized groups while promoting equality and fairness.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling and manage the front desk through cordial and timely internal and external communications.
- Receive and dispatch mail to concerned persons.
- Receive and attend to visitors to premises.
- Maintain address book and telephone directory.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A diploma in Arts or Social Sciences.
- Front Office Management training will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Sign language.
Personal Competencies: Computer Literacy, Telephone Operation, Records and Information Management, Communication Skills, Secretarial Skills and Office Management.
