Job Summary: The HR Manager will
be managing all aspects of human resource function for the organization at the
department level or Equivalent.
Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
  • The work will include the responsibility
    for independently planning, organizing, setting up department goals and
    objectives, and reporting results to the director.
  • Functions will include benefits,
    classification and evaluation, wage and salary administration discipline,
    employee and labour relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO)
    compliance, affirmative action, operations, performance appraisal,
    recruitment, training, safety and time sheet management.
 Qualifications, Skills &
Experience:
  • University Degree in Human Resource
    Management or relevant degree.
  • At least three years working experience
    working in the field of human resource preferably in a humanitarian
    organization.
  • Experience managing and working with a
    diverse staff and confronting challenging situations.
  • Good writing and speaking English skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
