About Job:
Our client in the Oil and
Gas Sector is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individual for
the vacancy above. 

Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be
required to:-
  • Manage general HR practices such as
    compensation and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict
    resolution and welfare employee services.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all
    personnel and HR related documents.
  • Manage labor law and other
    regulatory policy compliances.
  • Manage and coordinates
    organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.
 Qualifications, Skills
and Experience:
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelors
    degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in
    the field of Human Resources and General Management.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation
    skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Good command over oral and written
    communication skills in English 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient  IT Skills
    (Microsoft Office)
