modern and prosperous country within 30 years.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Contribute
to the achievement of Banks and business objectives by providing advice
and guidance on strategy - Initiate
the development of strategies that will support the achievement of the
organizational mission, core values and business, credit and financial
matters - Provide
ongoing advice to Board members on business, credit and financial matters - Continuously
evaluate strategic direction to confirm alignment with Bank objectives
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors
degree in any of the following fields: business administration, project
management, commerce, finance, economics, engineering or statistics
specializing in fields such as banking, finance, economics, accounting. - Masters
Degree in Project Management, Finance, Development Finance, Economics is a
MUST - Sound
knowledge of the principles and practices of development banking,
commercial banking, quantitative surveys of projects and the rules and
procedures that govern the banking sector - Eight
years in management in a similar environment in a financial institution
with three years’ experience in preparation and presentation of relevant
Board matters.
