Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist
the technical teams (Drilling, Logistic, Geosciences and Procurement) in
day to day business for all freight forwarding and expediting matters
(import/export of equipment) in accordance with local customs regulations.
- Administer
the freight forwarder & customs clearance services contract. - Assist
in liaison with customs authorities, maintain internal follow up of tool
database, maintain and communicate all statistics related to Transit
operations.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- University
degree in Logistics, International Trade or equivalent - Proven
experience in cargo handling - Knowledge
of customs regulations and procedures - 5-10
years experience working with freight forwarders - Excellent
organizational, communication and analytical skills - Proficient
in MS Office (Excel, Word and Access) - Previous
knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
