- Implement
controls and processes to safeguard the technical integrity of the well
and completion/testing equipment, economic interests and reputation of
Company. - Guarantee
the safe execution of agreed completion and well testing programmed
activities on time at the well site, in compliance with codes of
practices, while optimizing and improving costs and lead times. - Lead
and supervise multi disciplined specialist teams in the on-site execution
of completion and well testing activities. - Provide input to, and liaise with
completion and testing teams to develop and generate suitable well
intervention proposals.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- Valid
Well Servicing IWCF certificate - Minimum
10 years experience in drilling & completion operations in the oil
& gas industry - Previous
experience in well site supervision on onshore or offshore locations - Good
DST (Drill Stem Tests) background and knowledge of - DST
associated tools - Strong
knowledge of wire line, coil tubing and wellhead maintenance and equipment
(surface and down hole)
