Job
Summary: The Job holder
will be responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services
and programs. The COO will lead section managers, and more than 3 business
models delivered across 100 sites with a staff of about 400. S/he will be
responsible for all activities pertaining to licensure, service delivery,
business development, and contracts management.

Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:

Minimum
of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4 years of
senior-leadership. - ·
Education
Qualification of at least an undergraduate business degree. - ·
A
post graduate qualification in project management is desirable. - ·
A
strong graduate relationship builder and communicator with experience. - ·
Ability
to travel 50% of the time to regional operating units and programs. - ·
A
strong strategic thinker and hands on experience in operations
for start-ups.
