- The
job holder will co-ordinate Total E&P Uganda’s biodiversity programme
and associated related studies. - The
Biodiversity Co-ordinator will manage the Biodiversity team located both
in Kampala and in the field. - She
/ He will interface with contractors’ project teams and review and approve
work programs and field reports related to biodiversity surveys. - The
Co-odinator lead internal and external partner engagements related to the
biodiversity program
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- Masters
degree (MSc) in biodiversity, conservation, or similar related fields or
at least 5 years working on the interface between business and biodiversity - Experience
of management and supervision of employees and contractors - Knowledge
or experience working with international biodiversity standards (WB/IFC,
ICMM, etc.) - Strong
verbal and written communication skills
