Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer will ensure
the effective implementation pf staff development programmes in the Civil
Aviation Authority.

Key Result Areas:
- Training
management processes. - Implement
staff induction training. - Human
Resource Management.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or
Education from a reputable institution. Additional or Postgraduate
qualification in human resource management will be an added advantage. - 3
Years experience with in a reputable firm. - Computer
literacy i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Ms Power Point, and computerised Human
Resource systems.
