Job Summary: The Aerodromes Inspector will
conduct safety oversight activities in construction and operation of the
aerodromes with the objective of enhancing safe operation of aircraft in
compliance with national and international standards.

Key Result Areas:
- Assist
the section in ensuring the high safety standards for Uganda based
aerodromes or air traffic services subject to civil safety regulation ae
set in a co-operative & cost effective manner
- Understanding
the senior aerodromes inspector and assisting when required.
Skills & Experience:
- A good
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised
institution. - Experience
in management systems, business planning, performance monitoring (business
end safety), risk assessment, training and development system. - Good
technical understanding of operational issues in order to resolve problems
or escalate to relevant superiors. - Interpersonal
and Communication Skills. - Wide
knowledge and experience in ATS or Aerodrome licensing regulations will be
an added advantage.
