Job Summary: The Administrative Officer will support
the Secretariat’s operations through the provision of effective and efficient
administrative and human resource management services; all procedures and
processes are developed and maintained.
He / She will be responsible for the management and administration of
the physical assets of the Fund, occupational health and safety for staff
welfare.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An
honour’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Industrial
or Organisational Psychology or related discipline from a recognized
institution of higher learning; - Holders
of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management studies will
have an added advantage. - Minimum
of Seven (7) years relevant experience, Two (2) of which should be in a
senior level in a related field.
Personal Competencies: human resource and
administration policy, human resource planning, employment law, recruitment and
selection, training and development, employee rewards and compensation design,
HR relations, performance management, budget and budget controls, assets
management, contracts management, supervisory skills, Excellent communication
skills in English, Computer literacy and experience in use of business software
including database management systems, human resource management programs, etc.
