branches in 7 districts.
Job
Summary: The major role
for the marketing Officer is to develop and implement the marketing strategy in
line with the GMFL strategic plan.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
Will
be working with the Management to review the whole marketing strategy,
processes and resource and provide a recommendations report for the management
team to consider.
·        
Act
as a point of reference, providing support and guidance to managers and staff
on all areas relating to relevant product groups.
·        
Will
be involved in product development and product management.
·        
Plan,
monitor progress and manage resources to achieve product marketing and project
deliverables on time and within budget.
·        
Responsible
for the preparation of press releases, maintaining contacts with journalists
and promoting the company’s products and performance.
·        
In
addition, he/she will organize and take part in direct marketing campaigns,
promotions and initiatives, liaising with media and advertising agencies,
ensuring that all new business leads are followed up.
·        
Author
material for the company’s brochures, product literature and marketing
presentations.
·        
Work
with external advisers such as lawyers, contract specialists and advertising
agencies.



Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
·        
Graduate,
with relevant Marketing qualification
·        
A
good communicator, being articulate both verbally and in writing.
·        
You
will have at least 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role, with a
financial services background.
·        
Computer
literacy is also essential.
